**Major/Essential Functions:**

+ Responsible for the day-to-day overall operation of the Coding and Billing department.
+ Develops and implements processes and procedures for the operation of the Coding and Billing division of the practice.
+ Reviews CDT codes for accuracy resulting in appropriate reimbursement.
+ Supervises and assist in the researching of discrepancies in patient accounts by revising if there is a coding or data entry error.
