Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager based in Metro Manila. The Unit Manager will oversee the sales team, manage operations to achieve performance targets, and develop strategies to strengthen productivity and team growth. Responsibilities include recruitment and training of financial advisors, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a collaborative team culture. While located in Metro Manila, some work-from-home flexibility is possible.
