Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager - Microfinance, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Unit Manager will oversee microfinance operations, manage and monitor financial services, ensure compliance with internal and external policies, and evaluate the performance of the assigned unit. Responsibilities also include setting and achieving financial targets, providing leadership to the team, customer relationship management, and identifying opportunities for growth within the microfinance sector. The Unit Manager will also ensure high operational standards and effective audit controls are maintained.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities
Experience in Finance and Financial Services, with a deep understanding of microfinance principles and practices
