They are now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Unit Manager – Non-Clinical – Nights at Droitwich Mews Care Home in Droitwich Spa.
Main duties of the job
As a Unit Manager (Non-Clinical), your focus will be to support the care home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include leading on monitoring standards of care, monitoring the well‑being of each resident, implementing and evaluating person‑centred care plans, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health/social care professionals.
