?Work at Bucheon FAB in Korea to support SiC & Si power technology development programs.
? Develop unit process formulation including Films / Materials / Tools / Metrology to provide the best condition in diffusion area.
? Optimize process conditions for input / output quality, Cpk control, manufacturability, and productivity.
? Solve chronic issues of wafer processes & device characteristics while collaborating with process integration, equipment engineering, and design side.
? Hands-on work expert in FAB unit processes of pre-clean and diffusion area. Extended skill set of LP-process, Wet etch, Lamp / Laser anneal, or other process area would be beneficial.
? Collaborate with experts in onsemi global sites (Korea / Japan / US / Europe)
