Production's overall processes and activities and support reporting on the continuous achievement of the department's performance targets. In your role, you will lead production activities and processes within the shift, coordinate the Line Coordinators consistently, streamlined, and strategically aligned, and act as the decision-maker for the bay within the change. The Production Line Manager acts as a role model on the shopfloor to sustain all the Manufacturing Area standards, coordinating the organization to deliver all expected results and objectives and fostering company business success according to the OPEN+ model and tools.
