**Role Overview**

**Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking a qualified **Unit Safety Manager** to drive a safety culture for an **Oil & Gas** client in **Bartlesville, OK** . This position is responsible for supporting safety management and compliance and ensuring legal compliance with all Federal (Provincial), State, and Local regulations. **What You'll Do**

+ Educate employees on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) topics and conduct regular training sessions as needed
+ Help with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental audits to ensure compliance and identify potential safety hazards
