This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

Responsibilities

• Clean all kitchen surfaces and remove rubbish
• Wash and clean kitchen equipment and appliances
• Keep the food and supply storage areas organised and clean
• Sort, store and distribute cooking ingredients
• Wash, peel, chop and cut food ingredients as required
• Help to prepare dishes, weigh ingredients and check supplies
• Assist in packing food items and beverage for serving
• Re-stocking and put away food and other supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
