Part Time Maternity Cover: 18.5 hours per week (0.5FTE) 

Fixed Term: 3 May 2027 (potential to be extended, or upon the return of the post holder, whichever is sooner)

The University of Northampton is looking to recruit a University Archivist as maternity cover to manage its archival collections:

The archive is currently moving location from University’s Development Hub to our Innovation Centre near Northampton Railway Station. We are looking for an archivist who can work unsupervised to manage the collection following the move.

The post will involve managing student, staff and visitor access to the collection, as well as managing volunteers and working with local heritage groups.
