Job Duties

• Extract, transform and analyze Distributed Energy Resource Management System datasets in Microsoft Excel
• Research and analyze industry and customer trends to design effective customer engagement strategies
• Analyze and improve customer‑facing materials and interaction records to identify and address customer pain points
• Communicate insights in PowerPoint or other formats with clear visualizations to convey complex concepts
• Write reports and prepare presentations for internal briefings and external knowledge sharing
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with technical teams and vendors, e.g. preparing meeting materials and actioning next steps
