Internship Project: Automate RFQ process and Build a Robust Vendor Selection Model - P2750
Problem Statement: Manual downloading of parts information and email to multiple vendors. No reminders triggered if the bidding deadline is due. Also, no reminders sent to vendors yet to quote. Once the quotes are received, manual analysis is done on vendor selection and sent to Purchasing supervisor for approval.
Objective: To reduce time spent on manual intervention through automation, trigger reminders to vendor few days prior to bidding deadline, flag to sourcing when bidding deadline is due...
