Job Summary
Reporting to the Provost, the University Registrar is a senior leader responsible for the integrity, security, and accuracy of all student academic records. As a change leader, the University Registrar advances technologies and processes to meet evolving needs while ensuring high quality service across the university’s Sacramento, San Francisco, and Stockton campuses. The University Registrar plays a critical leadership role in oversight of key registrar functions including registration, scheduling, grading, transfer articulation, degree evaluation, enrollment and transcript services, and graduation audits while ensuring compliance with FERPA, NCAA Division I, Veterans Affairs certification, and university policies. The University Registrar provides forward thinking leadership to support undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs.
