Role Overview
The UP Head/ Deputy Head will be responsible for driving ’s digital growth in Uttar Pradesh while being based in Jaipur. This leadership role will oversee regional digital content strategy, traffic growth, audience engagement, and coordination with on-ground UP teams to strengthen ’s presence in the state.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the digital content strategy for Uttar Pradesh from Jaipur.
Drive traffic growth, audience engagement, and content performance across UP regions.
Coordinate with on-ground UP editorial and content teams for planning and execution.
Monitor daily content output, trends, and performance metrics.
Ensure alignment between central editorial guidelines and regional execution.
Plan and execute special coverage, regional campaigns, and digital initiatives for UP.
Work closely with product, SEO, social media, and marketing teams to maximize reach.
