Up seller – Digital Services

SMRtech is expanding its sales team and is looking for a confident, target-driven Upseller with proven experience in digital services and eBook sales. If you have strong closing skills and experience dealing with international clients, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upsell digital services and eBook packages to existing and potential clients
• Upgrade clients to higher-value service packages
• Achieve and exceed the monthly sales target of $5,000
• Handle and communicate effectively with international clients
• Maintain professional follow-ups and client relationships
• Ensure smooth coordination with the internal team for order processing

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably Digital Services & eBooks)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
