Upper Boon Keng Clinic Assistant

Looking for Singaporean Clinic Assistants who are able to do SHIFT WORK (day/evening shift) for our Upper Boon Keng branch opening in June 2026 (training will be in Serangoon/Tanah Merah until then). They are expected to be proficient at the relevant duties, including but not limited to the following:

Counter duties

• Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

• Perform Specialist/Hospital referrals

• Ensure laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors

• Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination

• Handling of incoming calls and enquiries

• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures

Administrative tasks

• Submission of subsidised claims

• Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes
