About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Account Executive to take ownership of daily activity across Upwork and similar platforms, manage outreach, and support early-stage project coordination.

This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsive — someone who understands how to identify the right opportunities, write tailored proposals, and move conversations toward booked calls.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace & Outreach

• Identify and qualify suitable opportunities on Upwork and similar platforms
• Write high-quality, tailored proposals (no copy-paste tactics)
• Maintain clean pipeline tracking and follow-up discipline
• Handle platform messages professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with internal team members to gather accurate context for responses
