Upwork Bidder for Website Animation

We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder Intern to help us secure projects related to website animations and creative frontend development.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: Evening and Night Shift only

Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant jobs (website animations, Webflow, GSAP, React, etc.)
• Write customized proposals (no copy-paste)
• Send daily bids and maintain a simple tracking sheet
• Assist in client communication

Requirements:

• Strong English writing skills
• Basic understanding of web development/animations
• Eager to learn Upwork bidding strategies
• Organized and consistent

Compensation:

• Internship (Paid/Unpaid – based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus per project closed
