We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Upwork Bidder to manage and grow our presence on Upwork. This role is critical in generating qualified leads and projects for software development, IT services, and staff augmentation offerings.

The ideal candidate understands Upwork algorithms, client psychology, proposal writing, and IT services selling.

Key ResponsibilitiesUpwork Lead Generation & Bidding

• Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects related to:
• Software development
• Web & mobile apps
• Staff augmentation / dedicated developers
• BPO & IT support services
• Write customized, high-conversion proposals aligned with client requirements
• Maintain a high proposal-to-interview and win ratio

Client Communication & Conversion

• Respond promptly and professionally to client messages
