The role involves identifying relevant projects on Upwork, understanding technical requirements, and submitting high-quality proposals to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Search and apply for relevant projects on Upwork
Understand technical project requirements and translate them into clear proposals
Write customized and professional bids in fluent English
Communicate with potential clients and respond to queries promptly
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project understanding
Track bids, responses, and follow-ups
Stay updated with Upwork policies and market trends
