Do you enjoy writing great proposals and winning work on Upwork?

We're looking for someone to join our energetic team as a Business Development person. You'll need at least one year of actually working on Upwork.

What you'll be doing:

• Be active on Upwork every day, finding and applying for jobs that fit.
• Figure out what clients need, write proposals just for them, and confidently explain our services.
• Talk to possible clients through Upwork messages, video calls (like Zoom), and emails.
• Make our Upwork profile and any special profiles look their best so more clients see us.
• Work with our team inside the company to get project information and make sure we're telling clients the right things.
• Keep an eye on how we're doing on Upwork, tracking and looking at the numbers.
• Use helpful tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Grammarly, and other Upwork tools to talk to people and keep track of projects easily.
