1. Identifying high-ticket Architectural & Civil Engineering leads
2. Securing Design & Permitting projects for the US market (TX, CA, FL, OH)
3. Managing client outreach and initial relationship building
4. Growing our footprint on freelance platforms
Job Description:
1. Craft tailored, non-generic proposals that bypass the copy-paste feel and grab client attention.
2. Review project files/descriptions to ensure they align with our Architectural and Civil Design capabilities.
3. Manage initial communications to close deals or schedule discovery calls for the technical team.
4. Maintain a high JSS (Job Success Score) and optimize our agency/individual profiles.
