We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, writing high-quality proposals, and converting leads into successful projects. This role is commission-based, offering high earning potential for consistent performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized, compelling, and professional proposals
Communicate with potential clients and understand project requirements
Follow up with leads and close deals
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handover
Maintain client relationship and ensure satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly bidding and conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder
