Engage with potential clients by responding to inquiries and handling proposal submissions in a professional and strategic manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to accurately reflect our services and capabilities on the platform.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance Upwork ranking and visibility, driving new business opportunities.
Ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
