Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who knows how to win projects, communicate with international clients, and convert leads into long-term business. If you have proven Upwork closing experience, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid on projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Communicate with international clients and close deals
• Maintain and update client data and leads
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• 1–3 years of Upwork bidding experience
