Who You Are:
Final-year university student or fresh graduate
3+ months of experience working with or researching international markets
Familiar with freelancing platforms (especially Upwork)
Understand bidding, profiles, and proposal writing basics
Intermediate English (written & spoken)
Self-motivated, organised, and reliable
What You'll Do:
Identify and reach out to potential clients on freelancing platforms
Write and send tailored proposals to win new business
Support the BD team with lead generation and pipeline building
Track outreach activity and report results daily
