Upwork Prospector + Virtual Assistant

We're hiring a full-time Upwork Prospector & Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation and client acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll assist with job applications, lead follow-ups, and outreach tracking for multiple client projects on Upwork.

This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports business growth and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with submitting job proposals and sending messages to leads on Upwork using approved AI tools
• Monitor and respond to incoming messages in a timely and professional manner
• Track outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups in our CRM
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and communication logs
• Submit daily activity and performance reports
