Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Upwprk Sales Executive with proven experience in Upwork sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, the ability to close international clients, and a consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close international leads through Upwork bidding and client communication.
• Identify client requirements and propose tailored solutions to maximize conversion.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Monitor Upwork trends, competitor activity, and bidding strategies.
