MotionDock is Hiring – Upwork Specialist
We are a small but fast-moving, design-focused team with a strong emphasis on Product Design and UI/UX. We're looking for a complete Upwork Specialist who can independently manage the Upwork platform end to end and drive consistent business growth.
Location: On-site, Basement Floor, 7, Block B, OPF Housing Scheme, Lahore, 54000
Timings: 6:00 PM onwards (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: Starting from PKR 75,000

Experience Required: 0–2 years as an Upwork Specialist / Upwork Bidder
What you'll be doing:
– Fully manage and optimize Upwork profiles
– Identify relevant projects and submit winning proposals
– Handle client communication from initial contact to deal closure
– Convert leads into long-term clients
– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
– Maintain consistent bidding strategy and pipeline
