Job Purpose:
To deliver effective teaching of Urdu language and literature at the higher secondary level, fostering critical thinking, creative expression, and strong academic performance in line with curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Urdu language and literature to higher secondary students as per the prescribed syllabus.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with academic objectives and examination requirements.
• Explain classical and modern Urdu literature, grammar, poetry, and prose clearly and effectively.
• Encourage students' reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills in Urdu.
• Assess, evaluate, and grade students' work through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments.
