URGENT- An experienced CNM is required for Our Lady Of Lourdes Care facility

Role Summary:

We currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our well established nursing home . You will lead and coordinate the daily management of our nursing home, ensuring high standards of care in line with national and international best practices. You will support the Person in Charge (PIC) and ADON in managing staff, promoting a respectful and person-centred care environment, and ensuring compliance with our values and statutory regulations.
