Bookkeeping Function

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and completing bank reconciliations
• Allocating bank transactions into various accounting software
• Prepare and review payment runs
• General ledger management
• Enter and reconcile transactions in loan accounts
• Prepare and review payroll
• Complete wage reconciliations and GST reconciliations
• Preparation and lodgement of BAS/IAS/STP/TPAR
• Producing various financial reports as requested by the client
• Liaising directly with clients for any queries
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Assistance with Month End Close

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Month end processing
• Prepare accurate workpapers and within agreed timeframes

Administration
