Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Full Time .9FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)

The advanced practice provider within the ambulatory setting works in collaboration with, and is an integral member of, a multidisciplinary health care team. The APP provides comprehensive care in the Telehealth and Urgent Care Services. It will be a mix of in-person and telehealth e-visits at one or more of the Urgent Care locations (listed below)

• Grant - 2451 Grant Ave
• Flourtown - 1820 Bethlehem Pike

Assessment & Management

• Performs complete history & physicals and documents in the medical record.
• Orders and collects data using appropriate assessment techniques, relevant supporting diagnostic information and diagnostic procedures where indicated.
