- Weekdays: 8a Äì8p (12-hour shifts) - Weekends: 9a Äì5p (may move to 12s)
• EMR: Epic
• Patients per Day: 36 Äì48
• Credentialing: 90 days
• Will accept multiple providers: Yes
Requirements
• Board Certified/Eligible (within 5 years) in:
- Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds (ABMS or AOB only)
• Residency trained
• BLS (AHA)
• Must see both adult and pediatric patients
• Must show 50 patient encounters in last 12 months
