As a Dental VA, this role will help dental practices with administrative, clerical, billing/insurance, and communications support remotely.

Job Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to and from patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification (maintains excellent phone etiquette) to help the patients understand their coverage, eligibility, benefits, and payment responsibilities
• Submit, follow up, and manage claims denial and delayed payment
• In charge of finding out who is covered for what services and treatments, as well as logging it properly with billing and informing various personnel in cases where claims are denied
