Urgent: Engineer, Debugging

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians in executing all debugging activities for server and rack products that fail during production testing.
• Perform in-depth testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting, working closely with customers and HQ/factory teams to drive corrective improvements.
• Identify root causes of failures by isolating defective components, systems, or failure modes.
• Actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions for technicians based on approved work instructions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and provide technical support during mass production runs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment.
