Urgent Finance Manager

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Perform monthly credit assessments and implement effective credit control procedures
• Oversee authorization and monitoring of digital banking transactions
• Manage cash and bank operations with a strong focus on accuracy and procedural integrity
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and monitor project costing and work-in-progress (WIP) metrics
• Review and analyze consolidated monthly financial reports across group entities
• Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and budget forecasts
• Compile and submit monthly and quarterly consolidation packages within stipulated timelines
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and corporate secretaries on statutory and financial matters
