IGT Technologies Philippines Inc. is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position, and you will have the opportunity to work in our modern office located in Mandaluyong City.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels
2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services
3. Identifying and addressing customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions
4. Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
