URGENT HIRING: Customer Service VA

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone, provide support for billing, claims, and general questions, and follow up with clients as needed. Manage inboxes, create response templates, return calls, and route inquiries appropriately. Support insurance-related requests, including home and auto quotes, policy changes, and customer updates. Maintain accurate records and clear communication with agents and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Customer service experience (corporate or VA)
• Knowledge of home and auto insurance terms and processes
• CRM experience preferred (EZLYNX a plus)
• Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused
