Job Description

Monitor HRIS system, employee documents and data correctness for all employee-relevant information. Monitor onboarding and orientation procedures for new hiring at all stages. Track and execute best major industry practices to make sure smooth and robust HR operations. Handle company-wide communications and announcements through email and related internal channels. Make sure appropriate validation and maintenance of employee records and credentials for correctness and accuracy. Monitor employee health insurance cooperation, medical operations and yearly medical renewals. Make sure of processing of employee transfers, confirmations and separations on time.

Candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Human Resource from any reputed university.
