Role Overview

Provide administrative and operational support to a behavioral health or ABA practice while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and a compassionate client experience.

Responsibilities

HIPAA & Compliance

• Maintain strict confidentiality of PHI and medical records
• Follow secure communication and document management protocols
• Ensure all digital records meet HIPAA standards

ABA / Behavioral Health Support

• Support intake through assessment, authorization, and therapy scheduling
• Coordinate BCBA assessments and RBT scheduling
• Track authorizations, renewals, and treatment plan signatures
• Monitor expiration dates and incomplete documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry

Insurance & Authorization

• Verify insurance eligibility and authorization status
