URGENT HIRING: Paralegal

Paralegal

Provide remote legal support by managing case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating discovery and document requests. Assist attorneys with litigation and pre-litigation tasks, draft and proofread contracts, pleadings, and correspondence, and perform legal research. Serve as a liaison with clients, insurance companies, and vendors, maintain billing and task records, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field; paralegal certification preferred
• 1+ year paralegal experience (construction, real estate, or insurance litigation a plus)
• Strong legal knowledge, writing, and proofreading skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software
• Highly organized, professional, and able to work independently
