Job Description

• Operate Dump Truck (rigid or articulated) to transport materials between mining areas, crushers, stockpiles, and waste dumps
• Perform pre-start, post-start, and shutdown inspections of equipment
• Safely load, haul, and dump materials according to site procedures and traffic management plans
• Maintain radio communication with dispatch, supervisors, and other equipment operators
• Follow all mine safety rules, MSHA/OSHA regulations, and company policies
• Identify and report mechanical issues, hazards, or unsafe conditions
• Maintain accurate haul logs, production reports, and inspection records
• Operate in varying conditions including night shifts, extreme weather, dust, and uneven terrain
• Assist with basic equipment housekeeping and minor maintenance task.
