Procurement & Sourcing

• Source and purchase mining consumables, spare parts, heavy equipment, and services
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Ensure availability of critical materials to avoid production downtime

Supplier & Contract Management

• Identify, assess, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors
• Maintain supplier performance records and conduct regular reviews
• Manage procurement contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing

Cost Control & Budgeting

• Monitor procurement spend against approved budgets
• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities
• Support tendering processes and cost analysis for major purchases
