Urgent Hr Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.

2. Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Support payroll documentation and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

3. HR Analytics & Process Improvement

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR, and support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Utilise HR data and analytics tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and operational effectiveness.
