URGENT: HR Professional – Onsite

We are seeking a dedicated HR Professional to join our team onsite. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and shift scheduling.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
