Key Responsibilities

·     Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring stable maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.

·     Troubleshoot IT issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

·     Identify business challenges and propose effective IT-driven solutions, from planning through implementation.

·     Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and cloud platforms.

·     Develop and implement information security policies and procedures

·     Strengthen countermeasures against cyber threats and data leakage risks

·     Ensure compliance with HQ IT/security standards in collaboration with the HQ IT/ID department
