URGENT: Nanny

We are a family in Ladysmith, British Columbia seeking a nurturing and reliable nanny to care for our lively 3-yo a few days a week, and possibly pick up our 5yo after school.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of similar ages and possess a warm and patient demeanor. We are not a “punishing” family and require potential Nannies to understand natural consequence and help/educate the girls on making good, kind choices.
Our home is tucked in the forest and within walking distance to a beach. We encourage any potential nanny to be interested in nature-based care/ activities and spending time outdoors.
Daily duties will include (possible) drop off/pickup of oldest from school, caring for our toddler during work hours in our home, light cooking/tidying during the day, and engaging them in fun and educational activities..
