Responsibilities:

• Lead overall Network & Cyber Security Services in Singapore, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, including local staff and outsourced/remote resources.
• Oversee business planning, service roadmaps, and long‑term portfolio development.
• Own P&L, budgeting, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
• Govern network service delivery across leased lines, IP‑VPN/MPLS, L2VPN, Internet, and multi‑carrier environments.
• Lead cyber security service design and operations (EDR/MDR, SOC/SOCaaS, vulnerability management, IR, etc.).
• Provide pre‑sales support, solution design, and sales enablement across internal stakeholders.
