URGENT - Operation & Retail Associate

• Oversee daily retail and studio operations, ensuring display shelves, products, back area, and floor are always clean and inviting.

• Sales-Driven: Natural at engaging customers, with genuine enthusiasm for fragrance products and a strong drive to meet targets.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience with digital and social media platforms is a strong advantage.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Schedule: 5 or 8 hours a day, 4–5 days a week (weekday or weekend).
• Job Type: Part-time
• Expected Hours: 20–40 hours per week
• Pay: $960 – $2,200 per month
• Location: In-person
