Job Description
What you'll be doing
Design and develop optical components and systems for our innovative product lines
Conduct optical simulations and performance analyses to optimize product design
Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality standards are met
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Document and maintain comprehensive optical engineering records and reports
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline
Minimum 4 years of practical experience in optical design, testing and manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of optical simulation software, such as Zemax or OpticsStudio
